to process our ticketing. You will see their name on bank statements for any tickets you purchase.

Waco Hippodrome shows are required to follow local health and venue requirements. 

Changes in local health guidelines or venue policies are not grounds for a refund.

Waco Hippodrome is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets

purchased from another source.

***ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT

FOR A COMPLETE CANCELATION OF PERFORMANCE BY THE ARTIST.

In the event of a refund for cancelation by the artist, or promoter there will be a

non-refundable 4% processing fee that is held by Thundertix from the total purchase amount.

***Outside food and drink will not be permitted.

***When purchasing tickets please fill in your full mailing address and email so that

your ticket confirmation will be sent. In the event that you do not receive your

email confirmation, you can reach out to [email protected] for

help and we will resend it to you. You do not need to bring your physical-digital ticket to

the show unless you want to. You can give your name to the box office

upon arrival and they will check you in.
