In the event of a refund for cancelation by the artist, or promoter there will be a non-refundable 4% processing fee that is held by Thundertix from the total purchase amount.

You do not need to bring your physical-digital ticket to the show unless you want to. You can give your name to the box office upon arrival and they will check you in.
