 Zak Mirz, featured on America’s Got Talent and FOOLER of the hit show Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Zak is one of the most sought-after touring magicians in the country, with performances spanning 25 countries.

 This isn’t your typical magic show.

 Magician Zak Mirz FOOLED Penn & Teller on their TV show “Penn & Teller: Fool Us,” served as a magic advisor to David Blaine, was a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent, and launched his first special “Ticket for One”, now streaming on YouTube.

As a first-generation American with roots in Iran and Afghanistan, Zak shares real life stories through a unique lens. Unfortunately, at the early age of one, his father was murdered. Seeking comfort, Zak discovered magic tricks as an unexpected form of therapy. Today, he’s recognized as a rising star in the magic industry.

Zak’s latest show "Flashes of Magic" blends the art of magic and storytelling offering an interactive experience for audiences of all ages. This family-friendly, family-owned tour reminds us that the greatest magic trick we can give ourselves is seeing the world through the eyes of a child, full of curiosity, awe & wonder.

Waco Hippodrome shows are required to follow local health and venue requirements. Changes in local health guidelines or venue policies are not grounds for a refund. 

 ***Please note: we are working with a local nonprofit organization, Arts for Tomorrow, to process our ticketing. You will see their name on bank statements for any tickets you purchase.

***All official event tickets are sold through ThunderTix.com, and the Waco Hippodrome is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets purchased from another source.

***ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT FOR A COMPLETE CANCELATION OF PERFORMANCE BY THE ARTIST.

In the event of a refund for cancelation by the artist, or promoter there will be a non-refundable 4% processing fee that is held by Thundertix from the total purchase amount.

***There will NOT be DINNER SERVICE in the Orchestra room or balcony.

Outside food and drink will not be permitted.

***When purchasing tickets please fill in your full mailing address and email so that your ticket confirmation will be sent. In the event that you do not receive your email confirmation, you can reach out to aaron@thewacohippodrometheatre.com for help and we will resend it to you. You do not need to bring your physical-digital ticket to the show unless you want to. You can give your name to the box office upon arrival and they will check you in.
