Waco Hippodrome shows are required to follow local health and venue requirements. Changes in local health guidelines or venue policies are not grounds for a refund.
***ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT A COMPLETE CANCELATION OF PERFORMANCE BY THE ARTIST.
***Please note: we are working with a local nonprofit organization, Arts for Tomorrow, to process our ticketing. You will see their name on bank statements for any tickets you purchase.
***All official event tickets are sold through ThunderTix.com, and the Waco Hippodrome is not responsible for issues with resold tickets or tickets purchased from another source.
In the event of a refund for cancelation by the artist or promoter, there will be a non-refundable 4% processing fee that Thundertix holds from the total purchase amount.
***There will NOT be FOOD SERVICE in the Orchestra room or balcony.
Outside food and drink will not be permitted.
***When purchasing tickets, please fill in your full mailing address and email so that your ticket confirmation will be sent. If you do not receive your email confirmation, you can reach out to aaron@thewacohippodrometheatre.com for help, and we will resend it to you. You do not need to bring your physical-digital ticket to the show unless you want to. Upon arrival, you can give your name to the box office, and they will check you in.
